Pay Range: $30-$35 per hour

The Executive Driver will work as part of a flexible, hourly part‑time driver pool, providing safe and dependable transportation for executives and visitors. Assignments may take place on weekdays, weekends, or nights, and available shifts are sent directly to you through a company‑issued phone. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently while ensuring every trip is smooth, on time, and supported with clear communication to executives and their administrative teams.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions
  • Transport executive group members and visitors to assigned locations, including offsite meetings, regional offices, and airports.
  • Receive and accept driving assignments via the company‑issued iPhone.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with the executive and their administrative assistant, especially regarding schedule changes.
  • Arrive well in advance of scheduled departure times and, when possible, scout the drop‑off location to assess any conditions that could affect safety or timely arrival.
  • Maintain detailed logs of hours, routes, travelers, and destinations.
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of two company vehicles, ensuring they remain in excellent working condition.
  • Perform other tasks as designated by the Manager.
