We are seeking a highly competent and proactive Remote Executive Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. In this role, you will manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, prepare and review business documents, and handle confidential company information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. You will serve as a trusted administrative partner, ensuring executives remain organized, informed, and focused on strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, and thrives in a fully remote work environment. The ability to anticipate executive needs, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strict confidentiality is essential. While prior experience in executive or administrative support is valued, we welcome applicants from all experience levels who demonstrate strong administrative aptitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating complex travel arrangements.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
