Job description

ABOUT THIS ROLE

At LVT, we are redefining public safety and asset protection through powerful, scalable technology. In the Strategic Revenue & Growth role, you will be the primary architect for scaling our most complex opportunities, guiding high-stakes executive engagements and partnering across the organization to deliver high-impact results. This high-visibility role is designed for a sophisticated operator who thrives in the boardroom and is equally effective in the trenches. You will bridge the gap between vision and execution, ensuring LVT captures market share within our most critical accounts.

This role is based in-office out of our Headquarters in American Fork, Utah.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive Strategic Revenue: Partner directly with account teams to expand and close high-impact, complex opportunities within the company's top 30 most valuable accounts.
  • Execute Executive Engagements: Serve as a frontline executive presence, building C-suite-level trust and maintaining momentum through long-term partnerships.
  • Navigate Complex Sales Cycles: Guide multi-threaded sales pursuits from initial presentation through final procurement, proactively resolving blockers in pricing, positioning, strategy and alignment.
  • Enable Cross-Functional Execution: Act as a bridge-builder between Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure internal urgency matches customer priorities.
  • Translate Field Insights: Capture and communicate market shifts, product gaps, and competitive intelligence to leadership to inform LVT's GTM roadmap and strategic bets.
  • Optimize Competitive Strategy: Lead the go-to-market motion for competitive deal cycles, enabling the field with the frameworks and intelligence necessary to win.
  • Build Scalable Programs: Transform successful "one-off" strategic plays into repeatable, scalable programs that accelerate growth across key verticals and customer types.
  • Measure Success: Drive measurable impact through increased win rates on strategic deals, shortened sales cycles, and expanded contract values within the enterprise segment.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Proven Strategic Closer: You have 8+ years of experience in strategic sales, enterprise deals, or revenue strategy, with a track record of winning multi-million dollar contracts.
  • Executive Presence: You possess the gravitas and business acumen required to influence and build credibility with C-suite stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Complex Problem Solver: You excel at navigating "messy" deal cycles, identifying hidden blockers, and aligning disparate teams toward a common goal.
  • Collaborative Leader: You are a natural coach who can enable cross-functional teams and elevate the performance of those around you without direct authority.
  • Insight-Driven: You have a keen eye for market trends and the ability to synthesize field data into actionable strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Resilient & Scrappy: You thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments and are willing to roll up your sleeves to ensure a deal crosses the finish line.
