As an Executive Assistant you will play a critical role by:
  • Supporting the Chief Executive Officer
  • Managing the Chief Executive Officer's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive and important matters.
  • Supporting CEO by accomplishing a variety of personal tasks and errands, in a quick and efficient manner.
  • Managing credit card reconciliation and expense reports on behalf of executives.
  • Screening and directing phone calls.
  • Being the point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO - Identifying priorities.
  • Maintaining office and other properties organization and optimization.
  • Responding to occasional calls and emails outside of standard operating hours.
  • Assisting in special projects, events, and other administrative duties as assigned.

WORK SCHEDULE

The typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but there will be occasions when the schedule varies beyond the specified times and will be adjusted. This position will work in-office at our Draper, Utah location.
