Job description

Our client, an established private architecture firm, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the organization and delivery of architectural projects. This position will coordinate information, schedules, documentation, and communication across internal teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain project schedules, action lists, meeting records, and documentation.
  • Coordinate information among architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and distribute minutes and follow-up items.
  • Track project milestones, submissions, approvals, and outstanding decisions.
  • Organize drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Assist with submittal, request for information, and change documentation.
  • Monitor administrative requirements throughout each project phase.
  • Support project managers with reporting, resource coordination, and deadline management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, business, or a related field preferred.

3+ years of project coordination or administrative project experience.

Experience within architecture, engineering, construction, or design services preferred.

Strong understanding of project documentation and coordination processes.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management platforms.

Experience with Bluebeam, Newforma, or similar software preferred.

Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills.
