Job description

The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming front desk presence, and assisting with a variety of executive functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and people-centric environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing general inquires
  • Perform a variety of clerical tasks including data entry, preparing documents
  • Ensure the front desk and common areas are clean and welcoming
  • Receive, log, and distribute incoming packages and shipments
  • Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., janitorial, vending) to ensure timely and effective services
  • Monitor office supply level and reorder as necessary
  • Coordinate meals or catering for meetings and events
  • Help plan and execute office functions, team-building initiatives, and employee celebrations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
