Executive Housekeeper
Location: Courtyard by Marriott
Hammond IN, 46324
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout our property.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the housekeeping team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service and efficient operations.
  • Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, budgets, and staffing requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Qualifications
