Job description

Keller Executive Search is recruiting on behalf of an established company in the tire industry. Our client is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales to lead national sales strategy, strengthen key customer relationships, and expand revenue across commercial and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate regional sales leaders and key account teams.
  • Expand relationships with distributors, dealers, fleet customers, and strategic accounts.
  • Identify opportunities within replacement tire, commercial fleet, and specialty tire markets.
  • Establish sales forecasts, pricing strategies, performance targets, and account plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, product, and supply chain leadership.
  • Monitor market activity, customer demand, competitive pricing, and industry developments.
  • Represent the organization at customer meetings, trade events, and industry conferences.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.

5+ years managing senior sales teams or multiple territories.

Experience within tires, automotive products, aftermarket distribution, or related manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of dealer, distributor, fleet, or wholesale sales channels.

Demonstrated success delivering sustainable revenue growth.

Willingness to travel regularly.
