Job description

Overview

Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, DOE

Full-Time, On-site position

Location: 63140 Dickey Rd, Bend, OR 97701 

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment? Embark Behavioral Health is seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director and multidisciplinary Treatment Team at our Residential Treatment Program in Bend, OR.

As part of our team, you'll help facilitate lasting positive change for adolescents and their families while contributing to a culture of empathy, growth, and results.

Responsibilities
  • As Executive Assistant, you'll be a key player in our leadership team, responsible for:
  • Providing executive administrative support to the Executive Director and Leadership Team
  • Managing Google 5-star reviews and supporting Outcomes Administration
  • Assisting with marketing materials and strategic planning
  • Responding to incoming calls and coordinating family/referral partner tours
  • Scheduling, scribing meetings, and managing compliance documentation
  • Coordinating maintenance, housekeeping, mail, snacks, and office supplies
  • Handling shipping logistics and IT coordination
  • Supporting program events
  • Assisting with new employee orientation and onboarding
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess a valid State of Oregon driver's license, maintain a clean driving record, and be able to drive for work-related purposes
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience
  • Solid computer and internet application skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and develop efficient processes
  • Ability to prioritize work and follow tasks through to completion
  • Experience in residential treatment, behavioral health, or admissions is a plus
  • Ability to pass a background check and meet health requirements
