Who You Are:
The Project Executive provides executive leadership for Tribble Electric's Electrical Operations team and is responsible for the successful execution of multiple projects while achieving outstanding safety, financial, operational and customer satisfaction results. This leader develops people, builds lasting client relationships, and drives accountability across every project while living Tribble Electric's DNA of Passion, Trust, Courage and Respect.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead, mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and project support staff.
  • Provide executive oversight for multiple electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget and at or above targeted profit margins.
  • Own overall financial performance including forecasting, labor productivity, cash flow, change order management and collections.
  • Partner with field leadership to ensure manpower, equipment and material resources are properly planned.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with customers, general contractors, owners and design partners.
  • Support business development efforts and participate in strategic planning for future growth.
  • Ensure all projects meet Tribble Electric quality standards.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, communication and continuous improvement.
  • Promote OSHA compliance and ensure all safety policies are consistently followed.

What You'll Bring:
  • Ten or more years of electrical construction experience.
  • Five or more years leading Project Managers or Operations teams.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple large commercial or industrial projects simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and construction management software.
  • Driving Requirements
    • Must have a valid Virginia driver's license.
    • Must have positive points on state driving record.
    • Must be at least 21 years of age unless company approval is granted.
    • Must not have had a DUI, DWI, or reckless driving conviction in the last five years.
    • All driving records are run as part of our pre-employment process and reviewed at the discretion of the Safety Team.
  • Physical Requirements
    • Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
    • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
