Position Description
The Executive Assistant/Office Manager serves as a trusted partner to the CEO and senior leadership, providing executive support while overseeing key office operations. This high-visibility role requires exceptional organization, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Serving as a primary point of contact for executive communications, this position helps ensure seamless day-to-day operations across the organization.
A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• Manage a complex executive calendar, including scheduling, prioritization, and adjustments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
• Coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
• Arrange domestic and international travel
• Oversee office operations, including vendors, supplies, and events
• Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
• All other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a government contracting or military environment
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
• Strong writing and editing skills for executive-level materials
• Demonstrated executive presence, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
• Valid driver's license and flexibility for occasional extended hours

Security Clearance Requirement
U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Location & Travel
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Falls Church, VA, with occasional evening or weekend support
Preferred Qualifications
Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance

Compensation at ARServices is determined based on a variety of job-related factors, including education, relevant experience, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, internal equity, external market considerations, geographic location, security clearance level, contract labor category and funding requirements, organizational needs, and applicable federal, state, and local laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full-time status. Actual starting compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's qualifications and the factors identified above. For part-time positions, compensation will be adjusted proportionately based on scheduled hours worked.
Posted Salary Range
USD $98,000.00 - USD $122,500.00 / Yr.
