Position Summary
The Business Insurance Consultant is responsible for developing new commercial insurance opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor to business owners and executives.
This is a business development-focused role where success is rewarded through an attractive commission structure with significant earning potential.
Responsibilities
  • Develop new commercial insurance opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  • Meet with business owners, executives, CFOs, HR leaders, and operations teams to evaluate insurance needs.
  • Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate commercial insurance solutions.
  • Present proposals and coordinate with carrier and brokerage partners to deliver competitive solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and clients.
