About the Role:
The Program Integrator provides planning, coordination, execution, and integration support to the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Blue List Program. The position supports Government-designated projects and functional areas and works closely with the Government Blue List Program Manager, Government Team Leads, Contracting Officer's Representatives, Contractor Program Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure projects remain aligned with Government priorities and program objectives.
The Program Integrator will help develop implementation plans, operational procedures, project strategies, schedules, status reports, and other program management products necessary to support the continued development and growth of the Blue List Program.
Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:
  • Support the planning, coordination, execution, and integration of assigned Blue List projects and functional areas.
  • Coordinate with Government program leadership, CORs, team leads, Contractor personnel, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop implementation plans, operational procedures, project strategies, and recommendations supporting Blue List Program execution and improvement.
  • Plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on assigned projects and functional areas.
  • Facilitate collaboration across Government organizations, Contractor personnel, and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, action-item trackers, and other program management artifacts.
  • Identify project risks, issues, resource constraints, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop recommendations to address risks, resolve issues, and improve program execution.
  • Prepare recurring status reports, executive briefing materials, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and other program documentation.
  • Support Government-led meetings by coordinating logistics, documenting decisions and action items, tracking follow-up activities, and communicating project status.
  • Draft operational procedures and other program documentation for Government review and approval.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and timely project information to support Government decision-making.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive project management experience.
  • Direct experience tracking schedule and quality performance within defense programs.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-tenant or cross-functional stakeholder networks.
  • Demonstrated experience developing rigorous programmatic deliverables such as:
  • Monthly Status Reports (MSRs)
  • Risk matrices and risk/issue logs
  • Quality Management Plans (QMPs)
  • Project schedules and milestone trackers
  • Executive-level briefings and decision-support products
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work professionally with senior military and civilian leadership.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Degree in Business, Management, or a related business or technical field preferred.

Certifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Other Required Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and project dependencies simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop clear, professional reports, briefings, procedures, and program management documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with Government customers and stakeholders.
