As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting executive leadership by managing schedules, coordinating travel, organizing meetings and events, and serving as a trusted partner to both internal and external stakeholders. You'll help create seamless experiences that allow our leaders to focus on driving the business forward. Based on internal role documentation and intake notes, this position supports executive calendars, travel coordination, meeting logistics, correspondence, and office operations.

Location: Lithia Home Office (fully on-site)

Compensation Range: $21.00-36.05/hr. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, team members, and external partners.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate executive priorities.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and event logistics.
  • Draft and edit professional correspondence, emails, and business communications.
  • Organize executive meetings, team events, and business dinners/lunches.
  • Assist with office operations, including supply management and administrative support.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep priorities moving forward.
