About the Role:

Are you a growth minded sales professional who thrives on driving new business, owning your territory, and winning in competitive markets? If so, this is your opportunity to join Marmon/Keystone as an Outside Sales Representative. This role is responsible for servicing existing customers and expanding our presence across:

  • Western Pennsylvania
  • Eastern Ohio
  • Western New York

In this role, you will take full ownership of the territory, building on an established customer base while capturing significant untapped potential. We are seeking a strategic business developer who can open doors, build lasting relationships, and close deals that strengthen both our market presence and our customer partnerships. Success in this role is defined by expanding market share, securing new accounts, and consistently exceeding revenue and margin targets.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute a territory strategy targeting high potential accounts across metals manufacturing, fabrication, and distribution.

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new customers, expanding our presence in key market segments.

  • Grow existing relationships by uncovering new needs, cross selling value added services, and deepening engagement.

  • Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform pricing, product positioning, and account strategy.

  • Keep customers informed about industry and economic trends and Marmon/Keystone's ability to help them adapt and stay competitive.

  • Collaborate cross functionally with operations, supply chain, and quality to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide regular territory performance updates, including pipeline health, revenue forecasts, and strategic insights.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 3+ years of sales experience with measurable success in expanding business and increasing revenue.

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in Business Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • Experience with tubing, pipe, bar, or value added metal services strongly preferred.

  • Strong business and financial acumen with margin management experience.

  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

  • Willingness to travel 70+ percent across the assigned region.

  • A results oriented sales professional with a record of developing new business in industrial, metals, or manufacturing sectors.

  • Confident in building and maintaining long term partnerships while consistently achieving performance goals.

  • Analytical, strategic, and entrepreneurial, treating your territory like your own business.

  • Skilled in communicating effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
