Radiology Partners is seeking an experienced and collaborative radiologist to serve as Practice President for our established and growing practice in the Milwaukee market.

The Opportunity

As Practice President, you'll serve as the physician leader for a well-established radiology practice serving hospitals and imaging centers throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

This role combines clinical excellence with strategic leadership, offering the opportunity to influence practice operations, strengthen physician engagement, and collaborate directly with hospital executives on initiatives that drive growth and improve patient care.

Leadership Responsibilities Include:

• Partnering with hospital executives and physician leaders on strategic initiatives

• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and service line development

• Leading quality and peer review programs

• Supporting physician engagement and practice culture

• Collaborating with operations leadership to optimize practice performance

• Helping guide the future growth and success of the practice
