Job description

Key Resource Group is partnering with a leading technology company to advance the future of autonomous vehicle development. We are seeking Vehicle Operators to play a critical role in testing, collecting data, and refining cutting-edge driving technology.

As part of this program, you will operate test vehicles in real-world conditions, gathering crucial data that directly impacts innovation. If you are highly observant, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to the next generation of mobility, this role is for you. What You'll Do
  • Drive test vehicles for 4-8 hours daily on predefined routes while strictly adhering to safety protocols.

  • Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and address any maintenance needs.

  • Conduct basic software operations to support real-time data collection.

  • Accurately document observations, issues, and anomalies encountered during test runs.

  • Collaborate with engineers by providing valuable feedback to enhance system performance.

  • Assist with vehicle logistics, maintenance coordination, and storage.

Requirements
  • Must reside in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.

  • Possess 1-2 years of professional driving experience.

  • Hold a valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

  • Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
