Plastic Surgeon Opportunity Newton, Massachusetts

Position Title: Plastic Surgeon
Location: Newton, MA (Greater Boston Area)
Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site

About the Opportunity

A well-established and highly respected cosmetic and plastic surgery practice in the Greater Boston area is seeking an experienced Plastic Surgeon to join its growing team. The practice offers a state-of-the-art surgical facility, experienced support staff, and a strong patient base seeking cosmetic and aesthetic procedures.

This opportunity is ideal for a surgeon who is passionate about cosmetic surgery, patient satisfaction, and helping expand a thriving breast and body contouring practice.

Position Overview

The selected surgeon will perform a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures while delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes. Responsibilities include patient consultations, treatment planning, surgical procedures, post-operative care, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing a world-class patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver excellent surgical outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff, patient coordinators, and management teams.
  • Participate in practice growth initiatives, educational seminars, webinars, and marketing activities.
  • Stay current with innovative technologies and advancements in aesthetic medicine.
Desired Surgical Expertise

Candidates should be experienced and comfortable performing:

  • Breast Augmentation
  • Breast Implant Exchange
  • Mastopexy (Breast Lift)
  • Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)
  • Liposuction
  • Brachioplasty (Arm Lift)
  • Mommy Makeover Procedures
  • Body Contouring and Reconstruction
  • Transgender Top Surgery

Experience or interest in vaginal rejuvenation procedures is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications
  • Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
  • Comprehensive training and experience in cosmetic surgery of the breast and body.
  • Proven record of excellent patient outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Strong portfolio of before-and-after surgical results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Active Massachusetts Medical License or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality.
