We are currently seeking for a compassionate, highly-skilled, and reliable personal care assistant (PCA) to serve as part of our growing home health care team.
In this role, you will work with our clients in their homes, helping them with basic personal hygiene and domestic tasks as needed, according to their requirements and limitations. You will provide compassionate care and assistance and document clients' progress to help ensure their overall wellbeing.

Salary: $13 per hour
Shift:
Monday-Friday 7hrs per shift

Qualifications:
  • Current CPR/BLS and First Aid Certification (Required)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of full-time professional experience in a healthcare setting required; three (3) to five (5) years preferred
  • Significant experience working in a home health care environment strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and conversational skills
  • Completion of at least eight (8) hours of personal care-related training annually
  • Participation in professional meetings and training sessions as directed
  • Ability to work under supervision and demonstrate competency in providing quality client care
  • Experience in housekeeping or domestic work is a plus
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with mobility and other physical tasks
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Willingness to perform both personal care and household tasks as requested by the client
  • Dependable, punctual, and reliable
  • Warm, compassionate, and caring personality
  • Commitment to treating clients with dignity, respect, and professionalism
  • Ability to comply with all agency policies, legal requirements, and healthcare regulations
