Executive Personal Assistant to CEO

Location: In-Person (San Diego office)
Schedule: Part-Time (10-20 hours per week)
Compensation: $25-$30/hr (flexible based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide part-time support to the eMolecules CEO. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, handling administrative and personal details for executive(s), arranging travel and meetings, and managing schedules with professionalism and discretion.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and personal support to CEO
  • Assist with errands, reservations, and day-to-day tasks
  • Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and follow-up communications
  • Organize files, documents, and important information
