About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable, fast-learning, and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support the owner of a growing multi-business operation. This position is perfect for a recent college graduate or someone with a strong administrative background who is eager to grow and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

•Manage daily calendar, appointments, and task reminders for the owner

•Monitor and respond to emails and other communications professionally

•Register for events and assist with planning logistics

•Create and manage spreadsheets, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)

•Track projects and ensure follow-ups are completed

•Provide administrative support across operations, marketing, and finance

•Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

•Manage or oversee small internal tasks and team support

•Be flexible and available occasionally outside of core work hours


Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree required (recent grads welcome)

•Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

•Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

•Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented

•Able to take direction and run with tasks independently

•Excellent communication skills

•Experience in operations, marketing, or finance is a plus
