We’re partnering with a fast-growing broadband infrastructure company that’s transforming how communities connect. As Vice President of OSP Construction, you’ll take the lead on Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) construction strategy and execution across multiple markets, driving scale, quality, and speed in every build.

If you’re a hands‑on construction leader who thrives in growth environments and knows how to deliver complex FTTH deployments on time and on budget, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead all FTTH construction projects from planning through activation across multiple regions.
  • Develop and execute deployment strategies to hit mileage, passings, and timeline goals.
  • Build and mentor high‑performing internal teams; reduce reliance on external contractors.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality metrics to ensure operational excellence.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.
  • Partner across engineering, operations, and leadership to align construction plans with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years leading large‑scale FTTH / OSP construction projects (required).
  • Strong background in OSP construction, permitting, make‑ready, and fiber activation.
  • Proven success managing multi‑market builds and distributed field teams.
  • Expertise in construction budgeting, forecasting, and financial accountability.
  • Ability to interpret fiber prints, BOMs, and construction documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Why This Role Matters

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of broadband infrastructure in the Midwest—leading a high‑growth organization’s construction engine from the front lines. You’ll have executive visibility, real autonomy, and a mission‑driven mandate to connect communities with reliable, high‑speed fiber.
