Job description

Business Development Executive — Dallas, TX (In-Office)

Ready to launch or accelerate a sales career in one of the fastest-growing corners of tech?

We're hiring a driven, curious Business Development Executive for a global manufacturer that builds the precision optics behind machine vision and industrial automation — the technology that lets factories, robots, and inspection systems actually see. The industry is growing ~9% a year, semiconductors are booming, and this company is building out its U.S. headquarters right here in Dallas. It's a true ground-floor opportunity.

What you'll do

Open new doors across the U.S., grow existing accounts, and work alongside a sharp technical team selling to engineers and machine builders. You'll travel to meet customers face-to-face and build the kind of long-term relationships that drive a real sales career.

Who we're looking for

  • Early-career (0–5 years) and hungry to grow in sales
  • Commercially minded, resilient, and genuinely curious about how things work
  • A strong communicator who's comfortable reaching out to new people
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Dallas — this is a 5-day in-office role
  • Bachelor's degree

No optics or machine-vision background needed — we can teach the technical side. We can't teach drive.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 (based on experience)
  • On-target earnings ~$62,500+ in year one, with top performers earning up to ~$88,750
  • Quarterly performance bonuses + team bonus
  • Full benefits: medical, dental, company laptop & phone, PTO
