1-800 T-Shirts.com is looking for a motivated, focused, and driven Integrator to join our team and help us become the category king of the decorated apparel industry. This position and our team have very high expectations. If you're the right person for the job, you have equally high standards for yourself and are motivated by high expectations.

The Integrator / Director of Operations is in charge of bringing the CEO's ideas to life. This is arguably the most important role on our team as you are the glue that holds us all together. If you haven't read the book to understand what an Integrator truly is, I recommend reading it before you apply.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the CEO to execute the company's strategic vision, business plan, and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Lead and manage the executive leadership team, driving accountability, performance, and alignment across all departments.
  • Oversee daily business operations, including operations, finance, accounting, and human resources, ensuring organizational efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), financial performance, and company scorecards, proactively identifying opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and operational planning.
  • Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement and optimize business processes, systems, and the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to ensure operational excellence and organizational alignment.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, translating vision into actionable plans and ensuring strategic objectives are successfully executed.
