Job description

Uses in-depth market and organizational knowledge to help the organization make timely, effective decisions. Works with leaders to develop and implement market-based, forward-looking, effective strategies. Primary role is to lead strategy development efforts, manage the implementation of strategic initiatives, and evaluate and implement new services or service expansions.

Education

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Planning, Marketing, Industrial or Systems Engineering, Business Administration or Health Care Administration; AND a Master's Degree in Business or Health Care Administration.

Licensure/Certification

None.

Experience

Must have at least 10+ years of related experience, with at least 2+ years in a health care setting.

Other Qualifications

Must demonstrate leadership, ability to work collaboratively and effectively with executive management and board members, proficiency in problem-solving, project management, verbal and written communication and expertise with the Microsoft Office product suite, and a proven ability to use skills and knowledge to create desired results.
