Summary:
The program is modernizing customer service and clean-energy program capabilities, replacing legacy Salesforce environments, preserving required business logic, and reducing technical debt through a clean future-state architecture. The core technology landscape includes Salesforce Energy and Utilities Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, OmniStudio including OmniScript, the Salesforce Clean Energy Module, SAP BTP integrations, customer-facing APIs, data migration, security and privacy, quality engineering, and enterprise release management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish the integrated delivery operating model and align project managers and workstream leads to one plan, cadence, and governance structure
* Develop and maintain milestones, dependencies, critical path, resource forecasts, financial tracking, delivery commitments, and executive reporting
* Coordinate Energy and Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, Clean Energy Module, Data Cloud, SAP BTP, customer API, data migration, security, QA, change, and release workstreams
* Own governance, RAID, decisions, scope, change control, quality, dependency management, and escalations
* Facilitate steering, delivery, planning, dependency, readiness, cutover, and executive-review sessions
* Track deliverables, capacity, budget, schedule, quality, defects, environments, readiness, and outcomes across onshore and offshore teams
* Lead planning for test cycles, mock migrations, release readiness, cutover, hypercare, and transition to support
* Ensure issues are surfaced early, ownership and dates are clear, and decisions are documented and communicated
REQUIREMENTS:
* 12+ years of enterprise project or program management experience, including principal-level leadership of large Salesforce, CRM, CIS, integration, or technology transformation programs
* Working knowledge of the delivery implications of Energy and Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, Clean Energy Module, Data Cloud, integrations, migration, testing, release, and change management
* Strong experience with Agile and hybrid delivery, integrated planning, dependencies, RAID, scope, financials, quality, environments, releases, cutover, and hypercare
* Ability to coordinate complex onshore and offshore teams and multiple vendors or delivery organizations
* Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, decision management, escalation, and concise status reporting
* Experience using enterprise planning and collaboration tools and maintaining audit-ready delivery records
Preferred Qualifications:
* PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, SAFe, or comparable delivery credentials
* Utility, customer information system, clean-energy, or Salesforce transformation experience
* Experience leading greenfield platform implementations and legacy-system retirement
