Job description

DUTIES

Design and develop critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas to support the organization’s business objectives. Work in a fast-paced environment with business, technology, and designers to build new capabilities, platforms, features and improve existing capabilities. Customize, develop, and support solutions on the Force.com platform. Drive Salesforce enhancements and improvements. Build integrations between Salesforce and other internal systems to automate business processes. Develop Apex (classes and triggers), JavaScript, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, OmniScript and Flex Cards to extend Salesforce. Verify solutions by writing and executing automated test classes. Collaborate, mentor, and guide other engineers within the team. Document and analyze processes, procedures, and ensure code is properly documented. Create and maintain a code repository to ensure a seamless deployment process for all team members. Stay current on the latest trends and Salesforce releases. Salesforce Administrator certification. Hybrid Work Policy – 3 days In-Office, 2 Days Remote – Must be able to report to local office. Multiple positions available.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field of study and Five (5) years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer, Software Engineer, or related role. OR Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field of study and Three (3) years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer, Software Engineer, or related role. Requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Force.com Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, OmniScript, Flex Cards, JavaScript (ES6), ReactJS or similar platforms; Software development; Designing and developing large scale technology solutions with substantial insights into Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities; Object Oriented (OO) design patterns; Salesforce's SOQL and SOSL, Security model, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Chatter and Force.com product offerings; Designing in Salesforce Lightning UI; User-based security models; Database concepts and data modeling design; Modeling and application design and architecture; and Identifying platform risks, issues and dependencies.
