Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually (Exempt) + bonus eligible

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, service-driven Director of Housekeeping to lead all housekeeping operations at our 340-room full-service hotel. This leader will be responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing departmental budgets, and developing a high-performing housekeeping team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality professional with strong operational expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for providing an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house spaces.

  • Lead, coach, and develop housekeeping managers, supervisors, and team members to achieve departmental goals.

  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, sanitation requirements, and company policies.

  • Monitor room cleanliness and presentation through inspections and quality assurance programs.

  • Collaborate closely with Front Office, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments to optimize hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

  • Develop staffing plans and labor schedules to meet business demands while maintaining productivity goals.

  • Manage departmental budgets, payroll, inventory, purchasing, and expense controls.

  • Oversee linen, laundry, and cleaning supply programs to ensure cost-effective operations.
