We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Senior IT Professional / Business Analyst to support a diverse portfolio of enterprise business applications serving multiple business units, including Legal, Finance, Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Compliance, Risk Management, and other corporate functions.

Role summary / purpose

This role combines enterprise application support, business analysis, technical consulting, project leadership, and solution delivery responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, application vendors, software developers, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity professionals, and executive leadership to deliver innovative technology solutions that improve business operations and drive measurable business value. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience supporting enterprise applications across cloud SaaS, internally hosted, and hybrid environments while managing multiple simultaneous projects and production support activities.

Key responsibilities

Enterprise Application Support

  • Provide day-to-day operational support and administration for enterprise line-of-business applications.
  • Troubleshoot application, integration, data, and user access issues across multiple business units.
  • Coordinate with software vendors, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity teams, and external partners to resolve complex production issues.
  • Support SaaS, cloud-hosted, on-premises, internally developed, and hybrid application environments.
  • Lead application upgrades, migrations, patching initiatives, and enhancement projects.

Business Analysis & Solution Delivery

  • Serve as both a Functional Business Analyst and Technical Business Analyst.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering sessions, process discovery workshops, and solution design reviews.
  • Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, process maps, use cases, workflows, and technical specifications.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and modernization.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, training, and change management activities.

Project & Portfolio Support

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, initiatives, and support activities.
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple business units and technical teams.
  • Provide project status reporting, risk management, issue tracking, and executive communications.
  • Support Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

AI & Digital Transformation

  • Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Microsoft Copilot technologies to improve business operations.
  • Support AI solution integration using APIs, connectors, and modern integration frameworks.
  • Understand Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts, AI orchestration platforms, and emerging AI-enabled enterprise application technologies.
  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to enable AI-driven business capabilities.
Requirements – education & experience
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in IT operations, enterprise application support, business analysis, or related technology roles.
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise applications across multiple business units.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and competing priorities.
  • Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders and business leadership teams.
