Are You Ready to Be the Right Hand to a Sales Leader?

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and driven Executive Assistant to support a VP of Sales and California Real Estate Broker. This is more than an administrative role. You'll play a key part in helping drive sales performance, manage business operations, coordinate real estate activities, and keep a fast-paced executive on track.


What You'll Do

Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and executive priorities
Track sales reports, goals, and team accountability
Support client onboarding, presentations, and business projects
Coordinate client appreciation and employee engagement events
Assist with real estate transactions, showings, and scheduling
Handle important follow-ups, deadlines, and special projects
Provide limited personal assistance and errand support


What We're Looking For

Bilingual in English & Spanish
Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Coordinator, Real Estate Assistant, or similar role
