Senior Manager

We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager to help lead a Michelin-starred French restaurant renowned for exceptional cuisine, impeccable service, and a culture of excellence. If you're passionate about fine dining and looking for long-term growth with a world-class organization, we'd love to speak with you.

What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain Michelin-level service standards and operational excellence.
  • Drive guest satisfaction while creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Partner with the culinary and management teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coach, mentor, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Implement systems, uphold standards, and foster a strong culture of accountability.

Qualifications
