Position Summary
The Controller serves as a trusted financial advisor to the President and leadership team, providing strategic financial guidance to support organizational growth, profitability, and long-term business objectives. This role is responsible for directing all accounting and financial operations, including general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit coordination. The Controller leads the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzes financial performance, and delivers timely, accurate financial data to support informed business decisions.
