Job description

Position Summary
SPIN Global is a Maryland-based public benefit corporation that exists to disrupt disasters from neighborhoods to nations. We are seeking a qualified, motivated, and reliable Executive Assistant to support our mission and company values.
Location
Remote. Ability to travel. Relocation to Washington, D.C. (optional).
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Handle general administrative and logistical tasks as needed.
  • Conserve the executive's time by researching, collecting, analyzing, and sharing information.
  • Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, and other documents.
  • Write and/or edit business documents.
  • Manage the schedule and communications of key executives.
  • Manage time-sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion.

Required Qualifications
  • Master's in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting C-Level executives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.
  • Strong ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
