This leader will serve as the primary liaison to Meeder’s Advisor Consulting-focused Investment Team and work closely with Distribution Team Leaders to deliver impactful go-to-market strategies, content, and campaigns aligned with Meeder’s value proposition, revenue goals, and investment-led client engagement strategy.

In addition, this role will drive overarching investment marketing initiatives (brand development, corporate positioning, executive communications) and partner with Executive Leadership on strategic content—particularly executive thought leadership, webinar programming, and corporate communications. Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership

  • Translate investment strategy and positioning into marketing initiatives that support growth in Meeder’s fund models, Private Wealth, and Meeder Edge solutions.

Integrated Campaign Execution

  • Lead content and campaign development for Advisor Consulting investment solutions across channels (email, digital, events, webinars, print).
  • Develop segmented marketing journeys aligned to advisor personas and channel-specific strategies.

Executive Marketing & Branding

  • Drive Meeder Investment Management’s corporate brand positioning, voice, and messaging architecture.
  • Own the marketing roadmap for corporate brand, PR, webinars, and conference presence.
  • Partner with Executive Leadership on high-visibility campaigns and initiatives.

AI-Driven Marketing Enablement

  • Champion the use of Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copy.ai) to accelerate content creation, ideation, and campaign testing.
  • Collaborate with Data & Tech teams to incorporate AI in performance tracking and marketing automation.
  • Continually assess emerging AI capabilities to advance marketing productivity and personalization.

Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Manage agency and vendor relationships where applicable.
  • Lead, mentor, or influence junior marketing resources (matrix or direct).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Advisor engagement rates and digital campaign conversion
  • Content adoption by Distribution and Investment Teams
  • Contribution to lead generation and retention metrics
  • Brand awareness and perception metrics
