Primary Purpose:

The Market Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting trend research, gathering and analyzing data, and providing insights to various stakeholders. They will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to provide timely, accurate market research and are expected to stay up to date on the latest industry trends and developments.

What You’ll Do:

Define, implement, and continuously improve market intelligence processes, including standardized methods for collecting, validating, and sharing market, customer, and competitive intelligence across regional and global teams

Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and correlations

Provide market intelligence and analytical support for strategic planning, annual business planning, portfolio reviews, product development, and executive decision‑making processes.

Identify new data sources to support business questions; monitor data quality and accuracy

Prepare market share and competitive landscapes; identify and monitor key competitors and their strategies; monitor and analyze industry and competitive developments

Analyze customer, field, and market feedback to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and opportunities for product and service innovation

Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities; Create reports and presentations detailing findings.

Develop tools and techniques to improve market intelligence processes, track and report on key performance indicators

Design, develop, and implement data intelligence models and dashboards; make assumptions on ASP/Volume/Value/market sizes; triangulate different sources

Develop and maintain data and analytics systems, manage and maintain data warehouses and databases, manage data access rights and security

Develop query processes, dashboards, and other data visualizations & stay up to date with new technologies and current trends in data intelligence

Collaborate with the Global Market Intelligence team to exchange market insights, leverage best practices, and ensure alignment between regional priorities and global business strategies

Deliver quarterly market outlooks

Translate data into strategic recommendations

Partner with product managers on business cases

Support pricing strategy

Monitor AI and automation trends affecting the beverage industry

What You'll Need:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field

Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in market research, business analysis, and/or competitive intelligence

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and business analytics tools.

Experience with data visualization and dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.

Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, manipulation, validation, and analysis across multiple data sources.

Experience building market models and automated reporting frameworks.

Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, and automation tools; ability to leverage AI to enhance market research, trend analysis, competitive intelligence, and reporting processes.

Experience with market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insight methodologies.

Strong presentation and data storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate findings effectively to senior stakeholders.
