Job description

Executive Managing Director, Brokerage
Indianapolis, IN | Primarily In-Office
Shape the Future of a Growing Brokerage Platform
Bradley Company is looking for an Executive Managing Director to help lead the next chapter of our brokerage platform across the Midwest. This is a high-impact executive leadership role for someone who has already proven they can drive growth, lead top performers, and build strong market teams - and who now wants the opportunity to influence strategy at the highest level of the organization.
You'll work directly alongside ownership and executive leadership to strengthen market performance, develop brokerage leaders, and help shape the future direction of one of the Midwest's largest independently owned commercial real estate firms. This role is ideal for a leader who still thinks like a producer, leads with credibility, and wants meaningful influence.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
  • Direct partnership with ownership and executive leadership
  • Ability to shape strategy across multiple markets
  • Established platform with strong market presence and growth momentum
  • Opportunity to develop and elevate brokerage leadership teams
  • High visibility and real influence across the organization
  • Culture that values urgency, accountability, and long-term relationships

What You'll Lead
  • Brokerage strategy and performance across multiple markets
  • Leadership development and accountability for Managing Directors
  • Revenue growth, recruiting, and market expansion initiatives
  • Operational alignment and performance consistency across the platform
  • Executive-level collaboration around growth strategy and business planning

This role will balance leadership, strategy, coaching, and market influence while maintaining strong credibility within the commercial real estate industry.
What We're Looking For
  • Significant leadership experience within commercial real estate brokerage
  • Proven success growing teams, revenue, and market performance
  • Strong executive presence and leadership credibility
  • Experience leading through influence, accountability, and relationship-building
  • Financial and operational business acumen
  • Active real estate broker license (or ability/intention to obtain)

About Us
Bradley Company is one of the Midwest's largest independently owned commercial real estate firms, serving clients across brokerage, property management, facilities maintenance, and real estate services. What makes us different is our ability to move quickly, stay closely connected to our markets, and keep decision-making close to the people driving the business forward. We believe strong relationships, high standards, and entrepreneurial leadership create long-term success - both for our clients and our people.
