AI Solutions Engineer (Consultant) – Fully Remote 

Superior Executive & Legal Recruiting is conducting an exclusive search for a high-volume business in the legal industry seeking to leverage AI and automation to streamline complex workflows, optimize operations, and accelerate growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this consultant will assess existing processes, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and design, build, and implement a firm-wide AI strategy that enhances productivity, drives innovation, and improves service delivery.  

Responsibilities 

  • Evaluate workflows and identify automation opportunities across legal and business operations. 

  • Develop an AI roadmap with recommended tools, AI agents, and implementation priorities. 

  • Design, build, deploy, and implement AI-driven solutions for client intake, document review, case management, communications, billing, and other core business processes. 

  • Architect and develop custom AI workflows, integrations, and automation solutions that can be scaled across the firm. 

  • Lead training, adoption, governance, and change-management initiatives. 

  • Deliver measurable results and recommendations for future AI development. 

Qualifications 

  • Proven experience implementing AI and automation solutions in legal, professional services, or similar environments. 

  • Expertise in AI agents, LLM integrations, and platforms such as LangChain, n8n, Make, Zapier, or comparable tools. 

  • Experience building or deploying MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. 

  • Strong process-improvement, executive communication, and change-management skills. 

  • Litigation and legal technology experience preferred; California employment law knowledge is a plus.
