Position Summary
Sales executive to support Buckman business in Reading, PA. Focused primarily on growing sales in this account (other surrounding mills) and supporting existing business and customers. This position is critical to supporting the customer base of the region while actively focused on providing value to the customer and increase profits in the territory.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Increase sales through relationship building and product knowledge
Retention of Buckman's current business
Champion Buckman and customers safety culture/policies
Generates Continuous Improvement Initiatives for Buckman and customers
Entertaining as needed in accordance with Buckman guidelines
Using subject matter expertise to troubleshoot and problem solve
Establishing relationships at all levels based on faith and trust
Results driven decision making while maintaining Buckman values
Use sales tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
Submitting required reports in a timely manner.
Continuing education and self-training by taking advantage of training opportunities
Maintaining consignment inventory
Managing Buckman assets
Effective Planning and Preparation
Obtaining and using knowledge of customers' systems
Support Team Initiatives and Support Team Members needs
Activity (Service) Reports are distributed regularly.
Essential Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
Pulp & Paper, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Biology Degree preferred
0-5 years related experience and/or training
Specific training in pulp/paper science or packaging desired
