Job Description Project Manager / Instructional Design Coordinator Location: Remote Contract Length: 4 Months Employment: Contract Rate: $39 Overview We are seeking a Junior Project Manager with an Instructional Design background to support enterprise learning and training initiatives. This role combines project coordination with training content development, partnering closely with Senior Instructional Designers and business leaders to manage project timelines, facilitate meetings, organize project documentation, and update learning materials. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple projects, excellent organizational and communication skills, and hands-on experience with instructional design tools and learning content development.

Responsibilities Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from initiation through completion. Coordinate multiple learning and instructional design projects simultaneously. Lead project status meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Maintain and update Jira project boards. Track project progress, risks, and dependencies. Create executive presentations and project status reports using PowerPoint.

Revise and develop training materials, job aids, presentations, and documentation. Maintain project documentation and organize files within Box. Partner closely with Senior Instructional Designers and Learning Performance Consultants (LPCs).

Support change management and training readiness activities. Ensure documentation follows established processes and organizational standards. Required Qualifications 4+ years of project coordination or project management experience.

At least 1 year of Instructional Design or Learning & Development experience. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience creating and revising training materials.
