Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate:
$21.24 – $25.49 per hour, based on experience
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support a dynamic office environment in Staatsburg, NY. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information while managing multiple priorities.
The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, and comfortable interacting with leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and expenses
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials
  • Serve as a key point of contact between executives, staff, and external partners
  • Organize meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Screen incoming calls and emails, prioritizing communications appropriately
  • Track action items and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
