Expected pay for this position is $25.10 - $29.54/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to an OSF executive leader. Maintains the executive leader(s) calendar, schedules appointments, resolves scheduling conflicts and makes travel arrangements. Plans and arranges high-level meetings and events. Prepares correspondence and reports for Board and Cabinet members. Provides general clerical support such record keeping, answering/routing calls, writing documents and creating presentations. Manages projects as assigned. Maintains own work load independently. Demonstrates a high level of competence and professionalism including excellent written and verbal communication skills. At times, works as a proxy for the executive leader.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: Three years of secretary and/or administrative experience.
Other skills/knowledge:
โ€ข Advanced level in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
โ€ข Proficient with email and calendaring systems
โ€ข Proven communication and interpersonal skills in previous job or classwork
โ€ข Demonstrated organizational and prioritizing skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associates degree
Experience: Working knowledge of MS Project and OneNote.
Licensure/Certification: Office Professional Certification
