Job Title: Executive Leadership Trainer
Location: Hybrid (Remote + Travel to Aurora, CO for Training Delivery)
Job Type: Part-Time / Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and deliver executive-level training focused on trauma-informed leadership, organizational culture, effective communication, and leadership strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with justice-involved populations, behavioral health, organizational leadership, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging leadership training programs.
  • Develop curriculum, presentations, participant guides, and supporting materials.
  • Facilitate workshops, discussions, and interactive learning activities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on trauma-informed practices and leadership.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend program improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to update training content as needed.
  • Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Organizational Leadership, Public Administration, or a related field.
