The Opportunity

We’re hiring a strong and reliable Executive Assistant to work with a business coach and entrepreneur who runs multiple companies and coaches high‑level business owners.

This role is for someone who already knows how to support a fast‑moving leader, manage multiple projects, and stay calm under pressure. You’ll help with everything—clients, events, systems, and personal priorities—so the business runs smooth and fast.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the calendar, meetings, and travel for the executive
  • Handle client scheduling, calls, and follow‑ups
  • Coordinate events, trainings, and marketing projects
  • Keep track of tasks, reports, and deliverables
  • Work with different teams and vendors to get things done
  • Handle some personal errands and appointments to protect executive’s time
  • Be ready to travel and work some weekends for events
Experience Required
  • Minimum 5 years supporting a CEO, business owner, or high‑performance executive
  • Experience managing multiple businesses, departments, or complex projects
  • Proven background in sales, marketing, or event coordination
  • Strong communication and leadership presence—you can talk with clients and decision makers confidently
  • Tech savvy: Google Suite, CRM systems (GoHighLevel or HubSpot), Canva, Zoom, Asana/ClickUp
