Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Field IT Support Technician to join our team, providing essential, hands-on support for IT infrastructure. This role is perfect for a professional with 2-5 years of experience who enjoys troubleshooting, technical mobility, and ensuring seamless operations in diverse, fast-paced environments including office spaces and airport facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Support: Manage implementation, maintenance, and repair for desktop devices, peripherals, telephone systems, network devices, and specialized industry-specific equipment.
  • Operational Mobility (IMAC): Execute physical installs, moves, adds, and changes for IT infrastructure devices, including workstations, network hardware, and peripheral systems.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows-based workstations and associated platforms.
  • Service Delivery: Maintain clear and effective communication with end-users to ensure all technical needs are met with precision and professional urgency.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to a dynamic schedule that includes some travel to nearby sites, weekend shifts, and after-hours availability as needed for project success.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of relevant IT technical support experience.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+ Certification is highly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiencies:
    • Strong knowledge of Windows workstation environments.
    • Foundational understanding of Network and Server systems.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook applications.
