  • Base Salary: $50,000-$70,000 annually (depending on experience and proven track record)
  • Commission: Uncapped - the majority of your earnings come from commissions on closed deals
  • Total Compensation (OTE): Realistic on-target earnings of $90,000-$195,000+ for performers who consistently hit or exceed targets, with top closers earning well above that through high-value commercial projects in hospitality, gaming, municipalities, and more.

What You'll Do as a Security Sales Executive

Thrive in a high-energy sales role where your hustle directly impacts your earnings and client safety. You'll prospect, consult, design winning security solutions, and close deals with confidence-enjoying the freedom to manage your pipeline while partnering with a supportive team in a rapidly growing company.

You'll drive results by:

  • Prospect and develop new commercial accounts while expanding relationships with existing clients in sectors like hospitality, gaming, commercial housing, and municipalities.
  • Engage with customers by phone, email, or in-person to understand their security challenges, priorities, and needs for systems like access control, video surveillance, and alarms.
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess client facilities, meet stakeholders, and identify opportunities for integrated security solutions.
  • Design customized system layouts, including cameras, access controls, antennas, IP networks, and related components to address specific customer requirements.
  • Prepare and present compelling quotes, proposals, and demonstrations of security solutions to highlight value and secure project approvals.
  • Coordinate seamless system installations with clients and internal IPS project managers, managing timelines and expectations.
  • Handle bids, change orders, and documentation for construction projects while providing ongoing support and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular communication, satisfaction checks, and responsive service to drive repeat business and referrals.
