The Account Executive is responsible for interacting with clients in person, via telephone, and email and coordinating the receipt of jobs within a high-volume digital shop. This includes order entry, quality control, moving product/boxes around, and other general office/shop duties as needed.  You will be an integral part of a production team so you must be mature, reliable, and take pride in your work. The department functions as a team and you must be a team player as well as a self-starter, able to prioritize the department's workload, and make sure the work gets completed correctly.  The Account Executive is also responsible for generating new business and securing new clients. Successful candidate should perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with decision makers to secure those opportunities.  The Account Executive will increase market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with clients as needed in regards to printing needs
  • Creates work orders and provides estimates to clients clearly and professionally
  • Will be the first point of contact when available for walk in customers as well as primary contact for all phone calls
  • Promotes safety awareness and follows safety procedures in an effort to reduce or eliminate accidents.
  • Assists in ensuring printing projects delivered on time at all times with the highest quality possible
  • Communicates accordingly with production manager regarding discrepancies in quality, quantity, etc.
  • Assists in communicating with key clients as needed and related
  • Provides price estimates for custom prints when needed
  • Assist in maintaining a safe, organized and clean print shop environment
  • Coordinates client expectations with provided printing and finishing services
  • Prioritize workflow based on due dates and job requests; coordinate with the Production Manager
  • Properly box all jobs and coordinate shipping, if necessary
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills

In a sales consultant role with us, you will be building relationships with potential new customers and maintaining current clients, which requires you to be out in the field at least 50% of the time.

The typical pay range for this role is $37,536 -$51,408. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position may include a discretionary bonus based on performance.
