What are some common challenges faced by executive assistants when supporting multiple executives, and how can these be managed effectively?

Executive Assistants often support more than one executive, which can create challenges such as managing conflicting priorities, coordinating multiple calendars, and handling a high volume of communications. To manage these effectively, strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to anticipate executives' needs are essential.
