Advertising Sales Executive - Brattleboro
LPi has served churches, nonprofits, and community organizations for more than 50 years, providing print and digital communication solutions that help these organizations connect with and grow their communities. We are seeking an Advertising Sales Executive to join our sales team and help expand our reach across an assigned territory.
Compensation and Work Environment
  • Base salary of $42,250 plus uncapped commission
  • Typical first-year earnings range from $60,000 to $65,000
  • Established sales representatives average approximately $85,000 annually, based on performance
  • High-performing representatives in established territories have the opportunity to earn six-figure incomes
  • Field-based role with home office and customer-facing work throughout the territory
  • Approximately 30% overnight travel required into New Hampshire
  • Benefits eligibility begins the first of the month following employment
About the Role
As an Advertising Sales Executive at LPi, you will sell digital and print advertising solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within an assigned book of business. You will manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close and ongoing account management, working with local business owners to help them reach their communities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Sell digital and print advertising solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within an assigned territory
  • Generate new business through high-volume outbound calls, referrals, and relationship-building
  • Build and manage an active sales pipeline in Salesforce
