Executive Housekeeper - UHNW Private Family | Ridgefield, CT
A warm and busy UHNW family of five in Ridgefield, CT is seeking an experienced, hands-on Executive Housekeeper to join their household team. This role requires a proactive professional who takes pride in maintaining a beautifully organized home while working collaboratively with another housekeeper.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed daily housekeeping, including care of fine furnishings and high-end finishes
  • Laundry, ironing, pressing, and wardrobe care
  • Deep cleaning and organization projects
  • Maintain household inventories, including cleaning supplies, toiletries, and household essentials
  • Work closely with the existing housekeeper to ensure the home operates efficiently
  • Anticipate household needs and take initiative with minimal supervision

Ideal Candidate:
  • Cheerful, pleasant, and easygoing with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Self-starter with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to "read the room" and adapt to the family's routines and preferences
