You’ll lead and manage the housekeeping team to provide a spotless environment for our guests.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and comfort in all guest rooms and public areas.
  • Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring they maintain high performance standards.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are properly serviced and well-maintained.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring the team is well-stocked and prepared.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping services, resolving them promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall guest experience is exceptional.
