  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, invoice approvals, and corporate credit card reconciliations.
Project & Operational Coordination
  • Monitor project timelines, follow up on deliverables, and ensure initiatives remain on schedule.
  • Assist in planning executive meetings, property events, community relations activities, and corporate functions.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records while ensuring document accuracy and compliance.

  • Build productive relationships with department leaders, corporate executives, vendors, community partners, and guests.
  • Welcome VIP guests, dignitaries, and visitors while coordinating meeting logistics and hospitality arrangements.
  • Provide backup support to executive administrative staff as needed.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of executive administrative experience supporting senior executives, preferably within hospitality, gaming, resort, hotel, or corporate environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, prepare reports, identify trends, and present meaningful business insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
